This totally new airframe is the result of extensive re-design and testing with the help of our most accomplished pilots. This led to the perfect mix of incredibly precise flight characteristics, while maximizing extreme free style and 3D capabilities.

 

In 2018, we have updated our contest proven design with our toughest set of wings to date, adding a generous amount of carbon fiber reinforcement to the already very strong spars.

We have increased the size of the fuse to improve stability and tracking, and increased the elevator authority to allow for faster tumbles and spins.

The PAU 85 to 120cc Extra 330-LX is designed to be an ultra-competitive IMAC and Freestyle contest aircraft, yet is gentle enough for any giant scale week-end pilots. Smooth straight lines, super crisp snaps with positive exits, ultra-fast perfectly linear rollers that require less input from the brain and more focus on the routine, are all attributes that a competitive pilots and Sunday flyers alike will appreciate.
